Medical Program - Introduction

Membership programs have been used in call-centers for a number of years and have experienced tremendous bottom line success.  What sets our program apart from so many others is we give the customer much more than just invaluable full service Health Care program at an exceptional value and customer service a step above.  We give the customer a tangible product included in each welcome letter that goes out.  (Free gifts are subject to change, see examples).

With the National Health Discount Shield you will save money all year long on doctor visits, dentist appointments, eye care, hearing plans and up to 55% off prescription drugs at major pharmacies nationwide.  Even without conventional health insurance, you can now save hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year while continuing to receive quality care you deserve.  And since National Health Discount Shield is a savings membership, you can save money on virtually everything your insurance doesn’t cover, including elective and cosmetic procedures.  And, remember, all of your immediate family members can also use your National Health Discount Shield membership card.

The call-center reads a 90 second presentation explaining all of the benefits, and FREE gifts.  The customer is informed of the 15 day trial period during which time the customer may call and cancel the membership with no further obligation.  The customer is asked for a small non-refundable fee of up-to $5.95 to cover the shipping and handling of the welcome package.  If the customer calls to cancel during the 15 day trial the free gift is theirs to keep.  If the customer does not call to cancel during the 15 day trial period their credit card is charged the full annual membership price quoted verbally and in writing via the Welcome letter.
